I was previously a banker and before that a mechanic at a automotive repair shop. From both of these positions I was able to utilize my creativity and problem solving skills but I still felt like I was missing something. I found Nashville Software School and was introduced to Web Development. I fell in love with writing code and creating unique web applications, but my real passion was in Game Development. Enter BlackBox Simulations. I applied for a job with them and was lucky enough to receive a position as a Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality developer. Every day we are able to create innovative and interesting applications for clients while furthering our understanding of the tech that we are able to work with. Also, it is a whole lot of fun.
