The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced Tuesday a new round of disaster loans for private non-profit (PNP) organizations that experienced damage from the severe storms and straight-line winds on June 25 and 26, 2023. 

Those PNP organizations in Fayette, Shelby and Tipton counties are eligible to apply for this latest round of funding. 

Examples of eligible non-critical PNP organizations include food kitchens, homeless shelters, museums, libraries, community centers, schools and colleges.

SBA will also be offering Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs) to those PNP organizations needing financial assistance.
