Warner Music Group’s Emerging Talent Associate Program (ETA) is a paid opportunity designed to provide students with the opportunity to gain real world experience in the music industry, This multidimension, hands-on associateship begins by matching students to specific departments across WMG’s companies, based on their interests, for a semester-long experience. ETA is offered during the Spring, Summer and Fall Semesters.

Upon joining our team, associates are fully immersed in the day-to day activities of their assigned departments. They will participate in strategic meetings, help solve key business issues, network with our senior leadership and offer their ideas and perspectives in order to further WMG’s global success. In addition to gaining unparalleled industry experience, working as an Emerging Talent Associate ensures that you will obtain access to incredible development opportunities, including professional development workshops, and a semester-long project where they can showcase their learnings to key partners in the business.
