ETSU Karen Noble will talk about her managing casting with the Walt Disney Company and ABC Television Group. She'll give tips to actors trying to land roles and agents and advice for casting films and working with talent. Along with demystifying the inner workings of the casting world, she'll offer advice about ways to consider equity and inclusion when looking for actors. This workshop is co-presented by ETSU’s Media & Communication Department, the Tennessee Entertainment Commission, the Northeast Tennessee Entertainment Alliance, the ETSU College of Arts & Sciences Office of Equity & Inclusion,

Karen Noble is an entertainment industry veteran with 17 years experience from television to live, themed entertainment. With expertise in talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, she is a seasoned producer of diversity talent initiatives.
