We're excited to announce that a new bill was passed this morning that will directly impact feature film, television, animation, video game, music scoring, and other media projects in Tennessee. The bill creates a point of purchase sales and use tax exemption on the purchase of tangible personal property and taxable services used in qualified productions, as well as a franchise and excise tax credit of up to 50% of all labor and talent expenditures.
